Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: August 14, 2026

Effective Date: August 14, 2026

Our Position

GoRacquet has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any attempt to groom, solicit, sexualise or endanger a child are prohibited on our Service without exception, and are not a matter on which we exercise discretion.

GoRacquet connects people who then meet in person to play racket sports. That makes safety a first-order concern rather than a policy afterthought, and it is why the standards below describe what the app actually does, not only what we forbid.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are banned outright, and an account found engaging in them is removed permanently:

Age Requirements

How Users Report a Concern

Reporting is available inside the app, from the content itself rather than buried in settings:

Reports go to us directly. The person reported is never told who reported them.

Separately, any user can block another at any time. Blocking takes effect immediately, stops both of them joining sessions the other hosts, stops all messages in both directions, and is never disclosed to the person blocked.

You do not need an account to raise a child safety concern with us. Email support@goracquet.app and we will act on it.
